  • You are cordially invited to apply to the Telluride Association Summer Program (TASP), a free educational opportunity for high school juniors that prepares students for a life of service through an education in critical inquiry, self-governance, and communal living. Since its founding in 1954, TASP has transformed the lives of more than 3,000 students. This year's programs run from June 24 - August 4, 2018, at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, the University of Maryland in College Park, MD, and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.At TASP, students participate in a seminar taught by two distinguished university faculty alongside a diverse group of exceptional and highly-motivated peers. There are no grades or college credit, just the thrill and rewards of spending six weeks in an intense, self-governing community that will challenge you to think in ways you have never before encountered. All students attend on a full scholarship covering tuition, books, and living expenses. In fact, we are so committed to making sure that finances are not a barrier that we also offer travel and work-replacement subsidies for participants who need financial assistance.
